In order for us to know you better, we would ask that you do the following to begin the Pre-Application process.
- Complete the Contact Information Form
- Email a copy of your child(ren’s) latest report card

Have filled out the Confidential Reference Form, one from each of the following evaluators:
- Family Friend
- Current Teacher
- Pastor/Leader
Please have the evaluators complete the Reference Form for each potential student
